All Products you purchase can only be returned or refunded in accordance with these Terms and Conditions.
If you are not satisfied with an item you purchased online at a regular price, you can exchange it or get a refund in store or by mail (at your expense) within 30 days of purchase, provided the item is in new condition, in its original packaging and with proof of purchase.
To make a return you must have a return number, contact us at (514) 937-8888 or by email at [email protected] to get one.
For returns, you can either go to the store with your proof of purchase or return the item(s) by mail, at your expense, to our store in Montréal located at 930 Courcelle St, Montreal, Quebec H4C 3C8.
Please note that the following items are not exchangeable or refundable: bicycles, shorts, bibs, tires, tubes, gift cards, products and services that fall under the “Final Sale” clause, and items on special order.
Refunds will be issued once the returned item is inspected. If the item the client has returned to us is not in new condition, this item will be returned to the client and the client will have to assume the shipping costs. If we have informed the client that we have refunded the client, don't worry, credit card refunds can take up to ten bank days to appear in the client’s account. If the client have paid by PayPal, the client’s funds will be refunded to your PayPal account. Note that products and services that fall under the “Final Sale” clause are not refundable.
